Deposit A deposit of 50% of full hire fees will be required at the time of booking in off peak periods and 100% for peak periods. Cancellation Fees Full refund if made 3 months prior to booked dates. $50 fee deducted for cancellation up to 2 months prior to booked dates. 50% of booking fees deducted for one month prior to booked dates. No refund if cancelled three weeks or less to booked dates. Travel between States Permitted between Queensland and NSW. Off Peak Rates Off Peak season are those dates not included in Christmas/New Year Holidays, Easter Public Holidays and School Holidays for NSW and QLD. |
Peak Rates
Are those dates included in Public Holidays, Gazetted holidays, Christmas/New Year, Easter and School Holidays for NSW and QLD. Bookings For Christmas New Year will not be made for less than 2 week period. Easter for no less than 1 week. Long Term Hire Hire exceeding 28 days in off peak periods may be eligible for discount upon application. Condition That no hire vehicle may be taken off road on dirt or un-formed roads with the exception of graded and maintained National Parks entry roads not exceeding 10kms. Pick Up & Drop Off Times Pick Up - 9am First Day. Drop Off - 9am Last Day. Collection & Delivery Fees are available upon application. |
